Method
- Simply slice your cucumbers, you can seed them if you like but I don't. Slice your onions and separate the slices. Place all in a large bowl and lightly toss.
- Mix your dressing in a small bowl and then pour over vegetables. Lightly toss and then sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 12-24 hours.
