Chili Bean Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 2 15 oz cans chili beans
  • 4 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 small bag scoop corn chips
  • garnishes
  • sour cream
  • salsa
  • cilantro
  • sliced green onions

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown ground beef in skillet until no longer pink. Drain off excess fat then add in the taco seasoning and mix until meat is coated with seasoning. In a 9"x9" pan place 1/2 of ground beef mixture on bottom, spread 1 can of chili beans over meat mixture, then lightly crush 1/2 bag of corn chips over chili beans, sprinkle 2 cups of grated cheese. Repeat layers topping with cheese.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until hot and bubbly about 20 to 25 mins.
  4. Serve with various garnishes of choice! Enjoy!
