Carmel Peanut Chews

Ingredients
  

  • lb Chocoley Caramel
  • 2 cups salted peanuts
  • 8 oz Milk Bada Bing Bada Boom Candy & Molding Formula Chocolate

Method
 

  1. Line an 8"x8" pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Place caramel in a microwave safe bowl and melt in microwave 60 seconds at a time until melted. When melted add in walnuts and stir until nuts are coated with caramel.
  3. Pour peanuts and caramel in parchment lined pan and with greased hands press tighly in pan. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
  4. Melt Milk Bada Bing Bada Boom Candy & Molding Formula Chocolate in microwave until completely melted.
  5. Dip bottoms of peanut chews in chocolate shaking off excess place on parchment lined tray.
  6. Let chocolate harden and enjoy
