Bacon Cheddar Pull Apart Loaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Loaf Rhodes Frozen bread Dough thawed but still cold
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 4 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Prepare 2 mini loaf pans with cooking spray and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Roll and stretch the dough into a 16-inch square on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread dough with softened cream cheese,
  4. Sprinkle with the cheesed, bacon and sliced green onions, pressing lightly into the dough.
  5. Cut into 16 small squares and make 4 stacks of 4 squares each.
  6. Place 2 stacks on its side in each prepared loaf pan. Gently separate the dough layers so the dough fills the pan.
  7. Sprinkle the cheese and bacon that falls out of the dough stacks! Yes it will happen! LOL.
  8. Bake the loaf until it's browned and cooked through,30 minutes (tent with foil if it's browning too quickly).
  9. Let cool 15 minutes in the pan. Remove to a plate and let cool 30
