Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked bow tie pasta
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced purple onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup diced green peppers
  • 1/3 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2/3 cup marinade from artichoke hearts
  • 1/8 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 shredded Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking prepare and chop additional ingredients. Place in bowl. When pasta is cooked rinse with cold water and place in bowl with other ingredients and toss lightly. Add marinade and vinegar and toss to cover the salad. Top with Parmesan cheese. Salt and Pepper to taste.
