I love spring and all that it brings. Here in Arizona we have had a few storms which is a nice change from the 90 degree temperatures. The one thing I especially love about spring is all the beautiful fresh fruit that you can find. I just love how pretty these berries look in these Mini Berry Cheesecake Tarts.
These Mini Berry Cheesecake Tarts are so easy to make I used a few of my favorite ingredients, Dannon® Light & Fit® Strawberry Cheesecake Greek Yogurt, Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust and Reddi-wip® whipped cream. Starting with a few things that are “pre-made” makes these so easy to “whip up” effortless pies!
The addition of fresh fruit on the top of these little tarts make such a pretty presentation. I love the little “squiggle” of the Reddi-wip® whipped cream on the top too!
I just love these tarts they have the same taste and texture as a traditional cheesecake they are “no bake”, light and refreshing. Adding just a hint of citrus in the filling brightens the taste and enhances the berry flavors! This recipe can be easily doubled if you need more than four.

Ingredients
Method
- Wash berries and set aside. In a small bowl mix Dannon® Greek Yogurt Strawberry Cheesecake yogurt, pudding mix, orange extract and milk until smooth. Evenly spoon filling mixture into 4 Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust, smooth filling over the top.
- Choose a few strawberries and slice in half, arrange on top of filling, place blackberries and blue berries around the strawberries. With a pastry brush gently "paint" fruit with strawberry glaze.(This step is optional)
- Top with a Reddi-wip® Whipped Cream and sprinkle with chocolate curls for garnish. Serve immediately. You can wait until ready to serve before adding Reddi-wip® Whipped Cream.
Another great thing is I can find all of my ingredients at my local Walmart. They are easily found in the store and you can’t beat the prices.
Here is a picture of my ingredients before I “whipped up” these little tarts!
I hope you have a fantastic Monday and if you make these scrumptious little tarts let me know how you like them.

I love a good tart, and these sound so much more simple to make than the standard fruit tart! Delish! (client)
