OK I I am taking just a teeny tiny break from all the Travel Trailer Sweet treats because I love peach cobbler so much. And yes this can easily be made in a travel trailer so it kinda stays on point. As I mentioned I love peach cobbler and can sit and eat a whole pan of it all by myself. Top it with some Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and you have heaven in a bowl. I have made so many versions of Peach Cobbler but this one is the top of the heap. It is easy to make and ingredients are not hard to find. This Simple Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler is not only easy but so delicious. Packed with delicious cinnamon. juicy peaches and tender cinnamon roll pieces.
You wont believe how this little cobbler gets its start. I have been making my peach cobblers with canned peaches for years now, I like my peaches soft so canned peaches work really well. I also like using the syrup because it has the perfect peach flavor and you don’t need to add any sugar. Using the syrup from the canned peaches and cornstarch turns into a thick delicious filling that is not too sweet. It’s perfect. To make the “cobbler” topping I used Rhodes Frozen Cinnamon Rolls. How easy is that?
Using the Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls cannot be easier. Simply chop the cinnamon rolls and sprinkle on top of the cobbler. Pop the cobbler in the oven and bake until the top is golden brown and bubbly! But were not done yet.
I even used the cream cheese frosting from the Rhodes Frozen Cinnamon Rolls to finish off the cobbler. Now I mentioned ice cream but let me tell you the cream cheese frosting is enough to make this little cobbler just about perfect.

This ooey gooey cobbler is now one of my favorite treats and yes it would be great for BBQ’s and picnics, but you might want to double the recipe if your headed to an event.
