Chocolate Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pkg Devil's Food Deluxe Cake Mix
  • 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix 4-serving size
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mini chocolate chips

Glaze

  • 2 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. water
  • 1 tbs. vegetable oil
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Put batter in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
  • Bake at 350˚ for 50 - 60 minutes until center springs back at light touch.
  • Cool right side up for about 25 minutes. Remove from pan.

Glaze

  • Stir over low heat 2 tbsp. cocoa, 1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. water, 1 tbs. Crisco oil, 1 tbsp. corn syrup until smooth. Remove from heat, beat in 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Drizzle over cake.
