Burnhart Pizza Recipe and Revolutionary Pizza Book Review!!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lb chuck beef
  • 1 T salt
  • 4-6 jalapenos
  • BBQ sauce your favorite
  • sriracha hot sauce
  • 1/2 grated mozzarella cheese I used more we love cheese in our house

Instructions
 

  • Place beef in large pot cover with water, add salt and simmer until fork tender (about 2-3 hours I would have put the meat in the slow cooker the day before and cook for 6-8 hours).
  • Grill jalapenos in small amount of oil over medium heat until skins blister. Place in small bowl and cover with plastic wrap to let cool. When cool peel, remove seeds and chop finely.
  • When beef has cooled shred with fingers or 2 forks, add peppers and about 1/2 c. BBQ sauce, toss until meat is covered.
  • Place dough on cookie sheet or pizza pan covering entire surface and creating a crust around the edge. Apply rings of BBQ sauce on dough starting at the outside closest to the crust and work towards center. Spread evenly over crust. Sprinkle 1/2 c cheese over sauce the sBurnhart Pizza sprinkle beef mixture over top and then add additional cheese. Bake in preheated oven to 500 degrees until crust is golden brown 15-25 mins. Top with sriracha sauce, slice and enjoy!!!
