I was asked to review a book all about these insanely delicious crazy ingrediant Pizzas!! so you know I said yes. Revolutionary Pizza is based on the super popular Chicago eatery, Dimo’s Pizza. This popular eatery has been serving up unique and unforgettable combinations of pizza ingredients to what they call “crustomers”. How fun is that!!
As I thumbed through the cook book I found it to be not only packed full of fun “pizza” pictures but there were tips and tricks to make your homemade recreations a success.
I decided to try the Burnhart Pizza!! What could be better than a BBQ Beef pizza with at kick of heat??
I usually make very little changes to a recipe until I try it the first time however with this recipe I scaled down the jalapenos a bit, because as much as I like heat Mr. Pinkcakeplate does not like it quite as much as I do!!! I found the recipe for the dough to be easy to follow and make!! Fresh pizza dough is the best!!
I am lucky to have a pizza stone!! Perfect for this recipe!! I added anther layer of cheese and popped this beauty in the oven!!
I loved the Shiracha sauce on the top too gave it another layer of heat!! The cheese was perfect to mellow it out!!!
Along with some other amazing savory pizza recipes there were a few sweet pizza recipes that I am dying to try!! How does a Paczki Pizza sound?? You know like a Paczki the Polish donut, or how about the Pumpkin Pie pizza and this one I think I will try next week Celia’s Sweet Peach cobbler!! Yes a Peach Cobbler Pizza!!!!
There are so many others like the Smack and Cheese Pizza, the Poutin Pizza and the Chicken “n” Waffles Pizza that I am excited to try!!
What is your favorite pizza topping?? Is it a traditional topping or something a little out of the box??? Leave a comment I would love to know!!

Sprinkle 1/2 c cheese over sauce the sBurnhart Pizza sprinkle beef mixture over top and then add additional cheese. Bake in preheated oven to 500 degrees until crust is golden brown 15-25 mins.
