White Chocolate Candy Corn M&M Shortbread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C butter
  • 3/4 C powdered sugar
  • 1/4 C granulated sugar
  • 1/3 C cornstarch
  • 2 C flour
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 c White Chocolate Candy Corn M&M's

Method
 

  1. Whip butter with an electric mixer until fluffy. Stir in the confectioners' sugar, sugar, cornstarch, flour, salt add vanilla last. Beat on low for one minute, then on high for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Mix in M&M's with spoon or spatula.
  3. Press dough in a 9x13 inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes slightly golden.
  5. When cool cut into squares. Enjoy!
