Place popcorn in large bowl. Melt candy melts in 20 second increments stirring in between until melted.

Drizzle over popcorn and lightly toss until popcorn is coated. Place on baking sheet, sprinkle with sprinkles and mini m&m's, let harden break into pieces and enjoy.
