Three Ingredient Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz can of pumpkin
  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Mix your pumpkin and cake mix together in a medium bowl until there are no more lumps. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  4. Use a 2 T cookie scoop and place cookies onto prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes, until edges start to golden.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes on your baking sheet. Transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.
