Mix the brownies according to the directions on the box, and then in a pan prepared with cooking spray spread half of the browning batter evenly on the bottom.

Place the cookies on top of the brownie batter.

Spread remaining batter over cookies making sure to cover the cookies.

Bake for 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. When done remove from the oven while brownies are hot from the oven sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top of the hot brownies.

When chocolate chips are shiny spread evenly over the top of the brownies.

Let cool completely then cut into squares and enjoy!!
