Salted Caramel Oatmeal with fresh Bananas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Quaker® Old Fashioned Oatmeal
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1 banana
  • 4 Tbs chopped walnuts
  • caramel sauce for drizzle

Method
 

  1. Place first 6 ingredients in slow cooker and stir until combined. Cover and cook on lowest setting for 8 hours. Serve in bowls and top with with sliced bananas, chopped walnuts and caramel drizzle. You can serve it with cold milk on it also.
