Rhodes Post

Ingredients
  

For Bread

  • 24 Rhodes Frozen Rolls thawed but still cold and cut in half
  • 1 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon orange zest 1 large orange
  • 1 stick butter melted - 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice juice of one large orange

For Icing

  • 1-2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp orange extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract {not flavoring}
  • 1-2 tsp fresh orange juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a bundt pan with a cooking spray.
  • Mix together the sugar and the Orange Zest. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter and orange juice.Dip rolls into the butter and orange juice mixture. Next, dip the rolls into the sugar and orange zest combination. Add the coated rolls to the bundt pan.
  • Drizzle with the remaining butter and orange juice plus any sugar & orange zest
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.Remove bread from oven and turn over on a plate, immediately and drizzle icing on while hot so it melts down the sides.

for Icing

  • While bread bakes, combine powdered sugar, orange juice, orange and vanilla extract in small bowl until desired consistency. If too thick add more orange juice if to thin add more powdered sugar.
