Pink Champagne Cupcakes #CoolWhipFrosting

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Box Vanilla Cake mix
  • +ingredients to make cake
  • If you can't find the Champagne punch base just use water or you can use real Champagne in place of the water called for in the cake mix.
  • #CoolWhipFrosting - Cream Cheese flavor
  • PINK food color

Method
 

  1. Make cake according to directions on back of box replacing the water with Champagne Punch or real Champagne.
  2. Add a few drops of food color to batter and blend until incorporated.
  3. Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full and bake according to directions on back of box
  4. Let cool completely before frosting.
  5. Place #CoolWhipFrosting in a bowl and add PINK food color 1-2 drops depending how bright of a PINK you want. Fold color into frosting until complete mixed in.
  6. Frost Cupcakes and decorate as desired.
