Method
- Make cake according to directions on back of box replacing the water with Champagne Punch or real Champagne.
- Add a few drops of food color to batter and blend until incorporated.
- Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full and bake according to directions on back of box
- Let cool completely before frosting.
- Place #CoolWhipFrosting in a bowl and add PINK food color 1-2 drops depending how bright of a PINK you want. Fold color into frosting until complete mixed in.
- Frost Cupcakes and decorate as desired.
