Peanut Butter Candy Confetti Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
  • 2 Eggland's Best Eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 3 heaping tablespoons sprinkles
  • 1 pkg Peanut Butter Candies each cookie needs 3 candies

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Mix sugars, butter,shortening,vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff). Add in peanut butter chips and sprinkles.
  3. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (centers will be soft). While cookies are hot carefully press 3 peanut butter candies in the middle of each cookie. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.
