Place ground beef in skillet and cook until no longer pink. Drain off excess fat. Add canned tomatoes, water, seasoned salt, onion powder to skillet and heat until bubbling. Break pasta into 2 inch lengths and add to skillet. Bring to a boil reduce heat until a gentle simmer is achieved. Cover pan and simmer for 20 minutes. Check pasta to determine if cooked to your liking. Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil and simmer for another 5 minuets or until liquid is absorbed.
