Italian Pork Chops with Parmesan Noodles

Servings: 4

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 onion thinley sliced
  • 1 15 oz can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 t Italian seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 lb pasta of choice
  • 4 T Butter
  • 1/4 C grated Parmesan Cheese

Method
 

  1. In cold slow cooker place a layer of sliced onions then layer the meat and put remaining onions on top. Season with salt and pepper. Turn Cooker on high and cook for 2 hours. After 2 hours pour tomatoes, soup and water on top of meat and onions sprinkle Italian seasoning on top and cook at high for 3 more hours.
  2. mins before meat is done cooking prepare pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain pasta and toss with butter and cheese.
  3. Serve meat over noodles with a generous helping of the yummy sauce that is created from meat drippings, onions, tomatoes and soup!! Enjoy!
