Family Heirloom Easy Banana Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 3 small boxes of vanilla instant pudding 3.4 oz box
  • 6 Cups Shamrock Farms Organic milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 oz. cool whip divided
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 5 to 6 bananas
  • 1/2 cup lemon lime soda

Method
 

  1. Mix the pudding, milk, sour cream, in a bowl when this mixture has set up a bit and in half of the whipped topping and gently fold into the pudding mixture until it is evenly blended together.
  2. Slice Banana in about 1/4 inch slices, place in bowl and pour lemon lime soda over bananas. Coat evenly with soda then remove bananas and place on a paper towel to drain off the soda.
  3. Layer wafers, pudding,and bananas in a bowl. Repeat layers. After all layers are completed, top with the remaining half of the cool whip. Garnish with a few crushed vanilla wafers.
