Prepare cake mix according to package directions, substituting the milk for water and adding the dry pudding mix.
Line cupcake pans with paper liners. Add 2 Tbs cake batter to each cup. Drop about 1 tsp of cheesecake mixture on top of batter. Then add another 1 Tbs on top of the whole cupcake. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cupcake springs back when touched. As the cupcake cools it will sink a bit in the center. Just fill that with extra frosting.
