Method
- Place the Ricotta cheese in bowl and break apart.
- Add 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar and 1t. vanilla, mix until well blended.
- Gently fold in 8oz thawed COOL WHIP. When it is blended place the mixture in a gallon Zip Lock Bag.
- Snip off one corner and fill your cone. Sprinkle it with chocolate chips, serve and enjoy
