n a large pan heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onions and garlic and saute until just tender and onion is translucent. Add in sliced chicken sausage and cook until sausage is heated through.
Add marinara sauce, basil, oregano, red pepper, and tomatoes.
Stir and simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
While sauce is simmering, prepare pasta according to package directions.
Stir in cream until well blended.
Add in Parmesan and stir until blended.
Add drained penne and toss to coat.
Garnish with chopped Flat Leaf Parsley.
Serve and enjoy.
