Method
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Mix all of the wet ingredients in a different bowl and whisk.
- Add wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix until combined. Some lumps are ok.
- Heat some butter or oil in a pan and when it's hot, drop 1/4 cup of the batter.
- Flip each pancake when bubbles appear in the surface.
- While still warm, top with butter and maple syrup/honey.
