Chocolate Buttercream

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups salted butter Softened
  • 2 lbs powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 2-3 tbs cream

Method
 

  1. Place butter and half of powdered sugar in bowl and mix until blended. Add in cocoa powder and beat until completley incorporated. Gradually add in remaining powdered sugar and cream.Beat on high speed until light and fluffy. If frosting is too thin add more powdered sugar, if to thick add more cream.
