Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using a saucepan on low-medium heat add butter stirring until a golden brown...whisk consistently even after the butter has melted. Pour melted butter into a mixing bowl. add the cake mix, oatmeal, and eggs, beat on low speed only until all ingredients are combined, gently fold in the chocolate chips until incorporated into dough. Scoop the dough using a medium sized ice cream scoop onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until the edges of the cookies begin to turn brown. Remove from the cookie sheets and let cool completely on a wire cooling rack.
