Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Beat sugar & eggs for 5 minutes. Then add flour, baking powder, & salt, Mix well. Heat milk and butter to boiling point,add to mixture & mix well. Stir in vanilla last. Pour into a 9x13 cake pan that's been spraying with nonstick spray. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Ganache Frosting:
Place the chocolate chips in a medium bowl and set aside.
Heat cream in the microwave until just about to boil, about 90 seconds.
Pour cream over chocolate, cover the bowl with a plate and set aside
for a minute.
Stir until the chocolate is dissolved and glossy.
Pour over cake while warm, spread evenly over cake.
