Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 7 oz pkg Chocolate Muffin Mix
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pkg instant chocolate pudding mix 3.5oz dry
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Drop by tablespoon onto parchment covered baking sheet or greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 12-14 minutes. Allow to cool for about 3 minutes on cookie sheet then remove cookies and allow to cool completely.
  • Makes approximately 2 dozen cookies.
