Peanut Butter Candy Confetti Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
  • 2 Eggland's Best Eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 3 heaping tablespoons sprinkles
  • 1 pkg Peanut Butter Candies each cookie needs 3 candies

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Mix sugars, butter,shortening,vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff). Add in peanut butter chips and sprinkles.
  • Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (centers will be soft). While cookies are hot carefully press 3 peanut butter candies in the middle of each cookie. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.
