Chocolate Covered Potato Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag thick cut ridged potato chips
  • 8 oz milk chocolate candy melts-melted
  • 8 oz white chocolate candy melts-melted
  • sprinkles of choice

Instructions
 

  • Dip 1/2 potato chip in melted chocolate candy melts. Shake of excess candy and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat until desired amount of chips have been covered with milk chocolate candy melts. Let candy harden. 15-25 minutes.
  • When candy has hardened carefully remove from parchment paper and dip uncoated half of potato chip in white candy melts, shake off excess and place back on parchment paper. Sprinkle with sprinkles let candy harden.
