When I saw these in target I just kind of shook my head and said “no way” but let me tell you I am converted. These bad boys are out of this world fantastic! Who would think something like chocolate covered potato chips could be so amazingly delicious!
When we were in Target Christmas shopping I came across these!!
I really wasn’t sure about them but I knew I would be able to recreate these at home!
I took them one step further by using White and Milk Chocolate!! And of course some sprinkles to make them festive!! I really thought about which chips to use and I loved the look of the ridged chips and they are hearty enough to stand up to the chocolate coating. I used just a store brand of chips but you can use your favorite brand but stick to plain chips no flavors!!! LOL!
Make sure you have a cold glass of milk close by when you eat these!! They are soooo rich and cold milk is just the right thing to pair with this salty sweet treat!
