Method
- In microwave melt candy coating, using 20 -30 second intervals stirring in between. Take care the chocolate doesn't get over cooked as it will seize and be ruined. Stir until smooth. Stir in peanuts and toffee bits. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed or parchment paper lined baking sheets. Let stand until set. Store in airtight container.
