I love that Starbucks has now come out with Starbucks® Hot Cocoa K-Cup® pods with their delicious Hot Chocolate! This makes it so easy for me to make my beloved hot chocolate! They have two flavors the traditional Hot Chocolate and my favorite Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate!

Now the rest of the country is probably still wanting to stay warm and I totally get that! One of my favorite things in the cooler months is to curl up with a warm blanket, a mug of Hot Cocoa and a good book! I absolutely love to read. And when its cold outside there is nothing better than a warm cup of Hot Cocoa. With Starbucks® Hot Cocoa K-Cup® pods  you can have your hot cocoa at the touch of a button not to mention they are great to have at work!

So I may be a little in love with salted caramel what can I say? And Hot Cocoa infused with salted caramel I am loving it even more! Now when its cold out side I love hot chocolate but here in Arizona we have been seeing temperatures in the 90's for the past few days so I will do anything to cool off! I know its crazy that it has been this hot so early in the year but the good thing is I can enjoy cold and frozen treats! I whipped up this delicious and yummy Salted Caramel Iced Cocoa!

Well since it was in the 90’s yesterday I had to have something to cool me off so I whipped up this Salted Caramel Iced Cocoa it takes some time for the cocoa to cool down so you can either prepare the cocoa a day before or you can pour it over ice to cool it off! I prepared it the day before and popped it in the fridge until I was ready for my Salted Caramel Iced Cocoa treat!

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Starbucks® Salted Caramel Hot Cocoa K-Cup® pod
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 Tbs powdered coffee creamer
  • Whipped Cream from a can
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Chocolate Sauce

Method
 

  1. Prepare Salted Caramel Hot Cocoa according to package directions using 4 oz (1/2 cup) water , stir in powdered coffee creamer and stir until dissolved, place prepared cocoa in refrigerator to cool.
  2. In a 12 oz cup drizzle inside with caramel and chocolate sauce then fill with ice, Mix Salted Caramel Cocoa and milk together and pour over ice in the 12 oz cup. Top with Whipped Cream and more caramel and chocolate drizzle if desired. Drink and Enjoy!
