Do you love peanut butter and chocolate? This twist on a classic flavor combination will have your head spinning it is so good!! These Peanut Butter Truffle Snowballs are out of this world good!
I love how easy these Peanut Butter Truffles are to make. Here’s my secret! I used a premade peanut butter truffle filling from Scott’s Cakes! You can find it here on Amazon how easy it that! I also used Merckens White Coating Melting Wafers which makes these so easy to make.I used my little cookie scoop to scoop out the peanut butter truffle filling and rolled them into balls and put them in the fridge to harden a bit. Then I just melted the Merkens White Coating Melting Wafers , pulled the peanut butter balls out of the fridge and started dipping in the Merkens White Coating Melting Wafer. I let them set up a bit before I drizzled with more Merkens White Coating Melting Wafer.
It was so hard to keep Mr.Pinkcakeplate out of these, he loves peanut butter!!!
If you want to make your own Peanut Butter Truffle center I have the recipe for you right here!
