I love a good no bake cookie. They are even kind of healthy because they are usually make with oatmeal, so healthy right? Well I kind of thing so. So I have this yummy Irish Cream No Bake cookie recipe for you! With St.Patrick’s day fast approaching these would be a perfect cookie to share! Oh and they contain no alcohol.
I love Torani syrups they are so versatile you can put them in everything from hot drinks to smoothies, even cookies! this recipe starts with Torani Irish Cream syrup. I wouldn’t recommend using the sugar free syrup for this recipe go for the fully leaded! The Irish Cream syrup has a nice coffee flavor without the caffeine. For a mocha flavor I added a chocolate drizzle and of course sprinkles!
I want to try some other flavors with this recipe just imagine the possibilities! I am pretty sure I will have some sort of chocolate incorporated in the recipe.
