We are a family that enjoys many ethnic foods. One cuisine my whole family can agree on is Asian style cuisine. I was tickled when the good people at Ling Ling reached out to me to find out for myself how delicious their entrees are! We love fried rice and hubby loves shrimp so this easy recipe for Grilled Pineapple Teriyaki Shrimp is a perfect compliment for Ling Ling Bibimbap Beef Fried Rice. An Asian inspired “Surf-N-Turf.”
This marinade for the shrimp is so easy to put together and I love the pineapple in this marinade. I whipped up the marinade about an hour before I grilled the shrimp because you will want to let it marinade for at least 30 minutes. I also soaked my skewers for an hour in water so they wouldn’t burn while I grilled the shrimp. Its an easy recipe to whip together.
Now let me tell you about the Ling Ling Bibimbap Beef Fried Rice. First off it is so delicious I could eat a whole meal just of the Ling Ling Bibimbap Beef Fried Rice. It is full of delicious beef and Ling Ling delivers amazing flavor and exceptional taste because of the way they cook . They use and Infusion Cooking Method. What that means to you and me is each grain of rice and noodle is infused with Ling Ling signature sauces for incredible flavor in every bite.
I love that because I love intense delicious flavors.
While hubby grilled the shrimp I prepared the Ling Ling Bibimbap Beef Fried Rice. I loved that everything is included in the package. I didn’t have to worry about having to run out and grab something that was needed to complete the dish.
