#Grilled Essentials- Inside Out Chicken Pizza!

Well it is definitely Football season and so it is time for snackin’ before, during and after the game!!

I was asked to create a recipe using the new Grilled Essential by Hillshire Farm!!  They are pre cooked chicken breast seasoned to perfection!!  I found them in the lunch meat section at Walmart. Here are a few photos of my shopping expedition!

 

There are 4 varieties!! YUMMM!!  And if your for some strange reason dieting they are grilled!! LOL!!

 

I came up with a yummy snack for y’all!!

Inside out Chicken Pizza

1 Box Hot Roll Mix and ingredients to make rolls

1 c. favorite marinara/pasta sauce

1t. Garlic salt

1t. Parsley

2 Hillshire Farm Grilled Essential Chicken Breasts – Italian Style

2C. Mozzarella Cheese grated

 

Here are your ingredients:

I put the Hot Roll mix in my Bread Machine! I am a Semi-Homemade kinda girl through and through!!!

I set the Machine for the dough cycle and let it do its thing!!!

I shredded the chicken breasts.

Added 1 cup marinara sauce and 1t. garlic salt.

 

I then added the grated cheese. 1 cup.

By this time the dough was ready so I pulled it out and cut it into 18 pieces.

I patted the dough out into 3″ circles.

 

Then I placed a scoop of the chicken mixture in the middle of each dough circle and pinched the edges together making sure all the filling was encased in the dough.

The oven was preheated to 400 degrees and the pizzas baked for 18-20 mins or until the rolls were nicely browned.  I pulled the rolls out and sprinkled the remaining cheese and sprinkled the parsley on top and placed them back in the oven until the cheese melted.

Arent these yummy!!

I have to say I really like the Grilled Essentials by Hilshire Farm they are super easy to use and precooked so all you need to do is warm them up!!
