DIY Rapunzel Stainless Steel Travel Cup

My friend loves loves loves Rapunzel and the movie Tangled I mean she really loves it!. What could be better than a DIY Rapunzel Stainless Steel Travel Cup as a little thank you gift???

I was at a conference a couple of weeks ago and Cricut had this amazing Holographic Vinyl! It was amazing and I was over the moon excited when Cricut sent me 3 rolls of this beautiful holographic vinyl. It is perfect for my Tangled project.

DIY Rapunzel Stainless Steel Travel Cup

Supplies:

Cricut Cutting Machine
Cricut Design Space
Cricut Vinyl of choice
Stainless Steel Travel Mug
Cricut Weeding tool
Cricut Scraper tool
Cricut Transfer Paper
Cricut light grip mat

But it gets even better! Cricut Design Space has over 80 Tangled files to choose from to decorate this travel mug with! I had such a hard time choosing which designs I wanted to use! I found the ones I liked and sized them to the dimensions I wanted.

Had my Cricut Explore Air 2 cut them out and applied them to my stainless steel tumbler! Easy peasy! Ok there are a couple of steps in between! the designs have to be weeded with the weeding tool!

Of course the transfer paper has to be applied for accurate applying to the tumbler!

Remove the backing in that rolling motion!

Then apply to the tumbler!

I love how this turned out! I used the Holographic Blue vinyl and it could not have turned out better! So So cute! I don’t think it could have turned out any better!
