Ok I had my first Scotch Kiss from Sees candy just the other day and I have to tell you it was Delicious!! Sweet chewy butterscotch caramel wrapped around a marshmallow what could be better?? so this is what has inspired today’s fudge!!! Day 3~12 Days of Christmas Candy Scotch Kiss Fudge!!
This is so sweet and creamy and I had to put some itty bitty freeze dried marshmallows on top !! Pretty cute huh??
Delicious smooth butterscotch fudge infused with mini marshmallows!! YUMMMM!!
Ingredients
Method
- Place butterscotch chips in bowl and set aside. Melt frosting in microwave (30 seconds should do it). Pour over chips and stir until all chips are almost melted add marshmallows and stir into fudge until they are completely covered in fudge. Pour in 8x8" pan lined in parchment paper. Let set up cut into 1" squares and enjoy!

When do you use the vanilla?
So sorry add it into the melted frosting before you add the frosting to the chocolate.
