We love peanut butter and chocolate in our house!! Mr. Pinkcakeplate can eat peanut butter cups every day!! So I thought I would make a yummy dessert with these two favorite flavors! Another thing I have fallen in love with are beautiful cast iron skillets they are amazing to bake with!! So my Peanut Butter Cup Pizzookie was born!! I used a little 5 inch skillet!!! So cute!
Doesn’t that look incredible?? I gave it to Mr. Pinkcakeplate and he took one look and with this “I can’t eat the whole thing look” I said to him you don’t have to eat the whole thing just eat what you want!! Guess what happened??? Oh ya that 5 inch skillet was empty!! I think he even licked the bottom of the pan!!! Yes this recipe is enough to feed two!! But its ok I don’t need any of this I know its delicious!!! The recipe will make 2-3 5 inch Pizookies!
It even looks yummy without the chocolate drizzle. I did not mix the mini peanut butter cups in the cookie batter I simply placed them on the top of the cookie before I baked it!! Soooo easy!!
