But as promised today starts my “12 Days of Christmas Candy”!! over the next 12 days I am going to share with you some pretty amazing candy recipes!! Some are super easy and some are a bit more challenging!! Today I am starting with an easy three ingredient recipe!! You will love this twist on a traditional Peanut Cluster!! I love it!!

Yup this is all it takes!!! I did not do a tutorial for this as it is a super easy recipe!! So here is your Day One Recipe!!

"12 Days of Christmas Candy" Toffee Peanut Clusters

Ingredients Method

Ingredients

1 1/2 Lb milk chocolate candy coating~I used Almond Bark
1 16 oz jar dry roasted peanuts
1 Pkg English toffee Bits

Method

In microwave melt candy coating, using 20 -30 second intervals stirring in between. Take care the chocolate doesn't get over cooked as it will seize and be ruined. Stir until smooth. Stir in peanuts and toffee bits. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed or parchment paper lined baking sheets. Let stand until set. Store in airtight container.
