Want to make someone happy??? Bake them these little babies!!! Last year M&M introduced their White Chocolate Candy Corn candies. I made Macadamia nut White Chocolate Candy corn cookies from my friend Sara’s Recipe.
This year I made something a little bit easier!! If you love a nice shortbread cookie this is it. With the addition of the White Chocolate Candy Corn M&M’s they are divine!!
I simply added the M&M’s to my shortbread dough.
Then pressed the dough in a cookie sheet and baked!! Pretty simple! Be sure not to over bake the cookies you don’t want them too crisp!!
When the are cool cut into squares and enjoy!!

Ingredients
Method
- Whip butter with an electric mixer until fluffy. Stir in the confectioners' sugar, sugar, cornstarch, flour, salt add vanilla last. Beat on low for one minute, then on high for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Mix in M&M's with spoon or spatula.
- Press dough in a 9x13 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes slightly golden.
- When cool cut into squares. Enjoy!
