Fall is fast approaching and around here its all about apples, tailgating and family gatherings! I am continuing my love affair with Salted Caramel! This Salted Caramel Cream Cheese Spread is out of this world good! The combination of salty sweet and the tangy cream cheese is a beautiful blend of flavors that will tickle your taste buds!
This recipe takes only 3 ingredients to make and can be served with a various assortment of fruits, vanilla wafers and pretzels. If you have been following along with me I started on a weight loss journey a few weeks ago and this spread made it extremely difficult to stay on track! I had to sample it to make sure it was good right?? Well let me tell you it is crazy amazing! If your trying to lose weight this is not something you want to have on hand! I had to get it out of my house as quickly as possible. My neighbors love me!!
It only takes about 5 minutes to make! I have no idea how something so simple can be so delicious! All you do is place the cream cheese block on your serving platter, drizzle the Salted Caramel Sauce over the cream cheese and then sprinkle with chopped salted pecans. Serve with fresh fruit and various other “vehicles” and get this crazy good dip into your mouth!

Salted Caramel Cream Cheese Spread
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4-1/2 Cup Salted Caramel Sauce
- 1/4 C. Chopped salted nuts I used Pecans
- sliced apples vanilla wafers, pretzels or graham crackers for serving
Instructions
- Place cream cheese on a serving dish. Pour salted caramel sauce liberally over cream cheese. Sprinkle with a chopped salted nuts. (I used pecans because that is what I had on hand you can use the nut of your choice.)
- Serve with sliced apples, vanilla wafers, graham crackers or pretzels
