23 Instant Pot Recipes to Love

So the new year has kicked off and I received a few new kitchen appliances for Christmas! I am so excited to start cooking with them! The Instant Pot phenomenon continues and I have jumped on the bandwagon. That could be because I got a new 3 quart Instant Pot as one of those appliances. So today I have 23 Instant Pot Recipes to love.

So lets talk just a little bit about what an Instant Pot is. An Instant Pot is a beefed up pressure cooker. A time old kitchen tool re imagined and brought into the 21st century.   The Instant Pot I received is this one! It c can do so many things. Features 11 Smart Programmable digital controls – Rice, Soup/Broth, Meat/Stew, Bean/Chili, Sauté, Porridge, Steam, Slow Cook, Yogurt, Keep Warm, and Pressure Cook

 

You can purchase it on Amazon. How easy is that? I also have the 6 Quart version too. I use the 3 quart Instant Pot when I cook for the two of us and the 6 quart Instant Pot when I need to feed an army or a large group.

They look pretty similar it is just the size that is the difference. I am looking at getting a few accessories for my Instant pot. I want a glass lid and some silicone grips.
