White sauce: Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour. Once thickened immediately begin to add broth, a little at a time, whisking in between. Add in spices and milk, whisking to combine. Bring to a boil,allow to cool slightly then add the additional 1/2 cup water. Use in recipe as detailed below.
Combine cottage cheese, egg, parsley, onion powder and pepper. Stir to combine, set aside.
Spray a 9×13 casserole dish. Spread 1/2 the chicken on bottom, followed by 1/2 the ham and about 1/3 of the white sauce. Layer 4 pasta noodles on top. Spread 1/2 the cottage cheese mixture over noodles. Top with 1/2 of shredded Swiss cheese.
Repeat the process- layer the rest of the chicken, ham and another 1/3 of the white sauce. Top with more noodles. Spread the rest of the cottage cheese mixture over the noodles, then top with remaining swiss cheese.
Pour remaining white sauce on top, then finally, sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the entire lasagna.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes prior to serving.
