Place Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork Shoulder Seasoned Carnitas in slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours.
After 4 hours remove meat from slow cooker and allow to cool. Cut into bite size pieces and return back to slow cooker. Add in Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies and Roasted Green Chiles cook on high for 2 additional hours.
Mix cornstarch and water in small bowl and stir into stew. Continue to stir until stew thickens. Serve in bowls with garnish of choice.
