Salted Carmelitas

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups “quick”oats
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup butter 1 and a 1/2 sticks melted
  • 1 teas baking soda
  • 1 teas salt
  • 1 bag of chocolate chips
  • 1 jar 11 oz of Smuckers Simple Salted Caramel Topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaked sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix dry ingredients. Add melted butter. Mix well. Press 1/2 of mixture into a 13" x 9" pan bake for 10 minutes
  • Pour caramel onto hot crust, sprinkle chocolate chips. And sprinkle rest of the crumble mixture on the top of caramel sauce and chocolate chips evenly. Finally sprinkle with flaked sea salt. Should look like a cobbler.
  • Bake again for 20 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
