Easy #COOLWHIP Cannoli Cones!
A cool creamy confection to mix it up a bit from Ice Cream!
- 1 Box Waffle Cones
- 16 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 8 oz COOL WHIP
- 1 t. Vanilla
- 2 T powdered Sugar
- Mini Chocolate chips for sprinkles
Place the Ricotta cheese in bowl and break apart.
Add 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar and 1t. vanilla, mix until well blended.
Gently fold in 8oz thawed COOL WHIP. When it is blended place the mixture in a gallon Zip Lock Bag.
Snip off one corner and fill your cone. Sprinkle it with chocolate chips, serve and enjoy
