Place each color of jello mix into an individual shallow dish or bowl. (Do not mix the colors)

Insert lollypop stick into each marshmallow and arrange on a tray or cookie sheet.

Take the marshmallow by the stick and dip into the water up to the top of the barrel.

Roll over the paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Roll in the Jello powder mix, tap gently to remove any extra dust - place upright in glass or jar to allow jello to harden.(about an hour) Repeat until all marshmallows are covered with jello dust.

When jello has created a crust remove individual marshmallows from lollypop sticks and gently place three on a stick if desired.
